Terms of Use

Upon completion of your order you accept the following terms, as well as those relating to the management of your personal data, payment terms and shipment terms.

Availability:

Almost all our products are in stock and ready to ship, except for custom orders and prints with special logos. If a product isn't immediately available, we'll contact you so you can choose whether to modify the order or wait until it's ready.

Before every shipment, we carefully check our products. For custom orders, we send a draft to the email address you provided at checkout, and production only begins after your written approval.

Prices:

The prices on our online store are valid ONLY for online orders, cash and do not take under consideration special taxation exempts that may be in place for public sector agencies. Product prices are subject to change without notice, but not if your order has been finalized.

In our e-shop you will find most of our company's products, as well as contact forms for special orders and custom prints. These prices refer to small quantities (up to 10 pieces). For larger quantities or special orders (in terms of size or custom logos) please contact us in order to receive a customized offer.

Payment and Shipment Options: 

Your order will be shipped 2-10 days after its completion (Special orders or orders with destination abroad may take up to 14 days). You can see details about the terms and the shipping cost by following this link.

Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation:

You have the right to withdraw from this order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason.

  • If the order hasn't been shipped yet: this is a simple cancellation — no charge, and any amount already paid will be refunded within 6 business days.
  • If the order has already been shipped: please return the product following the "Product Returns" process below.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made products (produced according to your own specifications) are exempt by law from the right of withdrawal above. Before production begins, we may ask for a deposit; if the order is cancelled after production has started, this deposit is non-refundable.

Product Returns:

Please send the product back to us at your own shipping cost, along with the original proof of purchase. You may request either a replacement/reshipment, or a refund (processed within 2-5 business days of us receiving the product).

The product should be in the condition it was received, allowing for the kind of reasonable handling you'd expect to do in a physical store. In case of wear beyond such reasonable handling, we reserve the right to deduct part of the refund amount accordingly.

Legal Guarantee:

All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee provided under EU and Greek law (Law 2251/1994, Directive (EU) 2019/771), which covers genuine defects or non-conformity with agreed characteristics present at the time of delivery, at no extra cost — e.g. seams that come undone from the start, or wrong dimensions/colors compared to what was ordered.

Wear resulting from expected, normal use (fading, fabric fraying, seam wear from wind) does not constitute a defect and is not covered.

Expected Product Lifespan:

Due to their nature, outdoor fabric products (flags, banners, etc.) have a limited expected lifespan — typically 3-6 months, provided proper use is followed:

  • Lowering the flag during nighttime hours.
  • Lowering the flag in adverse weather conditions (winds stronger than force 6 Beaufort, heavy rain, etc.). Moisture increases the flag's weight and wears down the fabric and seams.
  • Allowing the flag to wave freely, without obstruction from trees, poles, cables, or other obstacles.
  • Reinforcing the seams on the free edge, as these are the first to wear out — this extends the flag's lifespan.

A product is considered defective if it arrives broken/damaged, or if the print doesn't match the product you selected or the draft you approved in writing, in terms of size, color, or design. It is not considered defective in the case of improper use or maintenance, as defined above.
